The Centrum Protégé Program provides a platform to groom fresh talent with potential to become future leaders. We partner with institutes such as XLRI, ISB, JBIMS to recruit our potential leaders. All MTs undergo a one year rigorous training program which covers one week on boarding program followed by exposure in various functions of a particular business unit on rotation basis, post which we match their skills and performance to a challenging role within the group.
A healthy work life balance improves productivity and boosts employee morale. At Centrum, we organise fun filled activities round the year - Be it festive celebrations, sports tournaments or treasure hunts. Major festivals like Diwali, Holi, Christmas and Women’s Day are celebrated with enthusiasm and joy. Our Annual Cricket tournament is a sought after event with participation across levels from senior management to new entrants. Our food festivals are creatively designed and for those who go overboard, we regularly organise health check-up camps to help them stay fit.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
We invest in learning and development of our employees on business skills spanning domain expertise and behavioural skills as per the context and need of each business. We understand that one-size- fits-all learning programs are passé and hence we have regular training programs specifically targeted for holistic all round employee development. We also send our members for external training sessions to various management institutes that help them hone their skills and improve productivity.
At Centrum, we instil the values of giving back to the community in every employee from the start. The Centrum Foundation is the CSR arm of the Group that undertakes numerous activities and encourages all Centrumites to whole heartedly participate as volunteers. Currently the Foundation is engaged in creating awareness for water conservation and regularly organises blood donation camps. It has also partnered with an old age home in Pune to help build infrastructure facilities for senior citizens who do not have any family or medical support.
